Happy Happy Happy Happy Birthday!!!! Last night, we celebrated four birthdays at a go!!!! Uncle Duuk, lovely Lionnel, sexy Kal and pretty, shy Claudia. It was a big gathering with Sam’s big gang and our latest members Joey, and upcoming youngest member, Jimmy and Serene’s baby! Yes! Finally, this year is a year of wishes come true for Jimmy, Serene and Lionnel. Congrats!
This year, Kal and I decided to try our hands on baking our first walnut carrot cakes! We made Claudia a princess cake! With a sweet gummy angel and lots of hearts and pearls candies.
We had a farm-theme for the 30-years olds. Moo moo Duuk, hopping long-ear Lionnel and meh meh Kal. We handmade little pictures and sprinkled colored rocks and flowers candies. All Wahbiang friends’ name were pasted round the cake too. We were kind of worry if it tasted as good as it looks. Fortunately, Auntie Annes gave a pass grade! Phew….. Heeee….. More to come soon…

Hi Ange, I used cream cheese as the frosting as it goes very well with carrot and walnut cake. Do adjust the amount of sweetness according to your taste. I usually use 3/4 of the required amount.
